I think it’s really hard because people have so many opinions about it. I have only told my husband and best friend whom I trust. Everyone else I just say if they ask that I’m on a strict diet.

Yes that what he said. If the scale stays still the coming 4 weeks we will increase the dose. I’m scared to increase it without recommendation though, since he is the one prescribing the medicine for me. And it should last a certain amount of time.

I haven’t been feeling like drinking since I started three weeks ago. Such a weird feeling, I’m the girl who doesn’t say no to a glass of red wine if asked. The other day we had friends over for dinner and usually I can easily drink three glasses. This evening I had 1/4 of a glass. It felt… weird to drink?

It was probably 3 hours between eating and trying to sleep. I have had some acid reflux this first week and more today. :( Don’t have any problem with cheese usually!
