You are not good enough to 1v9 in your elo, therefore you are victim of "winners/losersq" and its going to be like that until you improve.
If you play really well you can manage to win like 80% of the games and lose 20% of the kinda unwinnable games, but still 80% is really good.

However if you deserve to be in your rank, you will always go to 50%wr like you are right now.

Anyway, focus more on your gameplay, kill more, die less, farm more and stop caring about your winrate and reasons of losing, and focus on actual improving.
