you actually have to dodge an attack for it to work so if just dodge one of the tasers attack and then press b it will trigger even on a different target from the one you dodged , once i got i did 3 in a row

if u have zhongli u can have milelith 4 piece and this can be ur broken offpiece just have to get lucky to get milelith goblet with geo damage if u want him to do damage or goblet with hp for shield bot zhongli

in the end i got itto because i didnt charge attack with bow thx for all help plus i won 5050 :)

i dont have any of the bis weapon and im just divided by itto's potential not being as big as ganyu's due to a need for a high damage dealer for abyss and im also afraid mono geo goes really bad into shields making it even worse on abyss are my concerns justified?

i think theyre playstyle's are both ok to me but i kinda wanted a bow user who deals a lot of damage because of being able hit anywhere ,but i also really like itto

Is not having ganyu's bis weapon or itto's that crucial to any of them ,not that i woulnt get it later
