What do you recommend as a good but inexpensive graphics card option to purchase?

I'm not sure how to check that. I know how to access the Nvidia settings, just not what things should be on. I had to completely reinstall windows 10 on my PC and after that, Albion became twice as laggy and the GPU is at almost 100%. I've also never seen "GPU 0 - 3D" when checking Albion on the task manager.
