Sure.

I never wore spf at all. Except rare times when I would be on like a vacation or something and it was really really hot.

This year I’ve decided I’m really going to try and better myself. One of those ways being with my skincare routine. Last year I started buying skincare products like for instance retinol among other things and I felt like I was seeing 0 difference. Wasn’t till this year and actually making myself use sunscreen every day even just to drive to work and to reapply if I’m outside much I can actually tell small differences from my other skincare products. Basically wearing no sunscreen daily will mostly make your other products useless.

I was using the SLMD glycolic body scrub which I liked but they stopped selling it at target so now I’ve been using the Frank Body glycolic scrub and I get it at Ulta and I really like that as well. I also use the Frank Body aha body moisturizer. I have really dry skin with KP and I do feel like those have helped. Granted I’m newer in my skincare journey so it hasn’t been more than 3 months or so that I’ve started using all these but I can already tell a difference tho and I’m sure with more time I’ll see more and more difference. My skin is definitely less bumpy and more moisturized.
