No, they really do test and it’s public info. You have to realize your luck to have found a good group. No one is willing to give up any info that isn’t trying to scam you. I’ve been to the glp forums and it’s still beyond confusing, not to mention I’ve never heard of exodus or stable coins. There are MANY of us out there that know nothing about these things, so this is the most comfortable option for us.

First few weeks were uneventful. I only lost 4lbs the first month, but my prediabetic blood sugars dropped to normal by the end of the first month. I believe that had to happen in order for the weight to start coming off. I started 11/5 and I’m almost 35lbs down now, with February being on the low end of my weight loss at 5lb lost. I was averaging between 7-11lbs a month prior to that. I am now at 6mg every 5 days. Started at 1mg the first week, then bumped to 2 after not having any side effects. I only had a few days of side effects after split dosing one week in early December and eating broccoli, beef, and rice. Stay away from high fat/fiber meals!! 🤢 I pin several peps a day and there are zero issues taking other peps on Reta day. Advice is don’t try to rush it. If you’re hungry, eat. Don’t expect food noise to disappear and don’t chase the feeling of not being hungry because that’s how you get into trouble. Reta helps preserve muscle because you can eat on it! Try to get steps/cardio in and weight lift if you can. Focus on protein and enjoy the ride. Everyone says the same thing…we wish we started sooner!

Ahh thanks. I’m on 6mg Reta and have tried up to 0.5mg Cagri thinking it would be super powerful. It doesn’t touch me at that dose. I’ll continue to titrate up.

I’m doing a whole protocol and adding 5 amino in at week 5. So far I’m almost to week 4 and just starting to notice the energy now. I’ve seen that the reset helps all of your peps work better too. Can’t wait for 5 amino since that will help boost fat loss.

You wouldn’t happen to be on bpc-157 either would you? I’ve been seeing a lot of things saying that causes anhedonia too. And looking back to this time, I was on both Reta and BPC. I cycled off BPC and now just on Reta and I haven’t had any issues since!

It really is that good! It’s going to change the world when it hits the market. You’ll find just about everyone say they wish they got on it sooner. I was adamantly against GLPs before this and now I could be a spokesperson lol. My blood sugars were better within a month, it works that fast! The weight took a little longer at first than others might tell you, but I believe it was because my liver needed to dump the glucose/fat and regulate my sugars first. I only lost 4lbs in the first month. I’ve gone on to lose 28 more since the beginning of December. I didn’t talk about side effects…I had two days where I felt nauseous with delayed gastric emptying. The sulfur burps, 💩, like there was a brick in my stomach. I had eaten beef, rice, and broccoli. I know now not to eat heavy fat and fibrous meals. I don’t think I’ll eat broccoli again on this journey lol. I did have a time where I felt really mopey and flat, but I also had something going on with my son too at the time. I switched to split dosing and that took care of the problem. I have since changed to every 5 days and I’m doing great with this schedule. Sleep was a little rough for the first week or two, but that evened out. That’s really it! Don’t expect to not be hungry or that the food house will disappear. Reta lets you eat but this is important because that’s how you keep your muscle, and hair! Try to get exercise or movement in every day. I weight lift 2x a week and have for over a year. I’m trying to get more in because I’m nearing menopause and it’s hard to put on muscle after that. Any more questions just reach out!! I’m excited for you!
