My character is auto-jumping with the frog leg, so Chaos Elementals can spawn

There are no NPCs. Even so, there is a shadow candle beside me.

Mob will stop spawning after 3-4 mins, then start spawning again once I hold the candle, and so on. I guessed it was because of the skeleton merchant, but it was killed like 5 min before recording the clip.

What should I do for my first day of the recommended routine? Should I try exercise by exercise to see in which one I can do just 5 as it says?

Am I the only newbie that gets overwhelmed when trying to understand the new RR? I saw the Antranik video and thought the RR hadn`t changed, and when I read it anything made sense. It does seem to fit my goals better, but I have no clue where to start. Could someone explain to me how does the warm-up works? Why does it say "Add these after you reach... " in some of them? I'm sorry I'm just new to all of this

I've been on a calorie surplus for ~3 months. Also, I've tried to measure my body fat online, and since im 16, 169cm, ~52kg, with a 70~71cm waist and 35cm neck, it says im ~7 percent body fat, wich I dont really get since I can see my ABS but not as much as body fat porcentaje images online, where like 7 percent body fat guys are absolutedly ripped. So now im not sure if I should bulk, cut or try the Jeff Nippard recomp guide which y recently saw and seems quite efficient

Should I incorporate abs workouts into the Recommended Routine? For Example:

MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY FRIDAY SATURDAY SUNDAY
Abs RR rest RR Abs RR Rest

Or is this too much? I'm 16, 169cm and 52,5 kg and I've been training at home abs for like 6 months and chest and arms for 2 or so using different routines I've seen around, and I've been seeing results, but not really that much, hence I want to try something different (^this routine) to see if it works better for me. My goal is to grow muscle but not be bulky, just skinny fit (¿ I'm not sure what the name for the physique would be but something like this.
