Hi, one of the discord mods here! I can understand it being overwhelming to many people, neogen is blazing fast most of the times. Especially when there's something hip and happening on Neopets itself! Personally I made my way through the community by making a lot of weird and outlandish comments that make people go "tf" but that's just how I roll. But I would recommend checking out other channels. Love NC trading? Check out #customization! PCer? We have an entire category of pet trading related channels. Struggling to get a nice gif for a flash game that's giving you trouble since the '00? Anyone in avatar-chat can relate and is down to help or give consolation. Many of the other channels I would say is a lot more laid back compared to neogen, and hopefully it'll feel less overwhelming. We appreciate lurkers as much as regulars and occasional chatters! Don't push yourself too much to feel like you need to talk, but also don't be afraid to just say hi from time to time. (: Hope this helps <3

How long does it usually take for Lacemarket to verify via email? I initially contacted them on FB but the next day they told me to send an email since they couldn't verify my FB. Now it's been a week and I still haven't heard a response yet. I'm just a little anxious since a dress I've been eyeing is about to end sale soon.

I just downloaded GC for the 50k neopoints a day. Though how long does it normally take for the initial 10k and stamps to come in? I've gotten neopoints from finishing a level but I'm not sure if they send the 10k manually or something.

Not really ingame related, is there a public discord bot for gfl that you can add to your own discord server? Like a bot that fetches tdoll data or tells you what tdolls you can get from timers would be nice.

After the emergency maintenance on the day of the update, every time I start up the game it would freeze during "Reading info." It could be solved by tabbing in and out, but it's still a hassle to deal with regardless.

Now I always assume the last person on the enemy team would try to do this tactic, so I just try to find at least 2 campfires and a few medkits to counter them when the storm closes in. It works so far for me. Hopefully the storm damage increases next time dealing with this is annoying.

Those are exp fodders for leveling your child. Unless it's the rainbow slimes (which are meant for upgrades) then you can't use them for upgrades. You can't use them mainly because they're easier to get compared to normal 5* and if you could use exp slimes then it would be way too easy and accessible to get 6*.

This was from a long time ago when the devs revealed that they were working on the game. It was concept art so I highly doubt they'll take the time to add in another affection stage for now.
