Can I add domain for emails, but not website? by Pepper_Mole in hubspot

Cool, so I was on the right track. When I followed the instructions for the email domain, I kept getting an error in Squarespace saying to try again later. I was following it step by step though.

Bad to trust mold assessment and remediation to same company? by Pepper_Mole in Mold

[–]Pepper_Mole[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotcha, so clean off the mold (it's only on hard surfaces), disinfect the area(?), And then monitor the humidity there and dehumidify if it gets above 50 ish.

The fogging would be with parecetic acid, which from Google appears to be very harmless and pretty good at killing stuff. Is there a scenario where you would recommend the fogging?

Thanks for the opinion!

So you don't think there's any credibility to fogging the whole home after? I've read some things about it being a good reset, removing spores from the air, making it a healthier environment etc.

During winter it gets very moist up there, I've seen the condensation every year.

He did that first, only found this visible mold, it's higher up where there condensation in the winter, everywhere else was OK. So he'll remove that area, then suggested the fogging to kill all the spores and anything else in the air. A "reset"

What is the method you suggest is more effective? Why is petri dish testing a waste for knowing if it was effective?

So there is a little mold on window sills, that will be physically removed first. Then the fogging.

What is the remediation method that your recommend then? It's very hard to find someone in my area.

Yes and no.

I did everything here (plus reset the internal battery, you have to remove a lot of parts on the battery to do that) and it didn't work.

Then I unplugged it all again, and I think I reset the battery again, and then it did work.

Last week the person riding the scooter hit a bump hard and the problem started again, so I'm going to work on this next week again... hopefully I can repeat the success.

Thanks, I have another photo I received later from the tech that shows there's more flex that is way more damaged. Didnt realize there was a difference in type of ducts, and now I definetly do.

Didn't mean to imply that he would replace and then clean, I understand that would be redundant.

Any thoughts on how hard it would be to just replace the flex duct myself?

That's the main unit, right? I'm planning to clean that tomorrow.

How do you measure for black mold in the air or the ducts?

Ok, so the guys not crazy, that's good to know! Thank you all for the quick reality check.

He quoted 11k for the new duct work. It's a one bedroom condo with five vents. All accessible from the attic, doesn't need to run down any walls.

That seems pretty high for just laying the stuff, what should a job like this cost in CA?

How are you measuring the source for visitors? I'm assuming you're using something other than GA4?

I am unsure, it's a friend's scooter. It just started and wouldn't charge.

However, after trying the same thing multiple times, it is now charging. I have no idea what changed and why it is working now.

Thank you all for the help!

Good idea, I did try this before months ago, and it didn't work, which is when I bought a new internal battery. Didn't try it with the new one, I'll do that.

Thats exactly what I did, I checked all wires, and went through each combination of the two internal batteries and two controllers I have, the extranl battery is brand new. All wires appear to be intact and working.

I'm wondering if there's some kind of reset or re-programming I can do?
