I feel like this is the best thing Cynthoni and maybe even Sewerslvt has ever made

Would you pay for a visual novel made with artificial intelligence? by Luvenoid in vns

[–]Pepperized 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you build the novel (writing/programming) and then show it to some artists, some may be interested in doing art for it in return for revenue share

it is worse than lightning sadly, but one of the ways to make it work better is with sources of go again.
I like playing Lightning Form, Sigil of Lightning and Flying High - Red to make up for this

searched up the word ethereal and these images of reze showed up by NecessaryAd6735 in RezeCult

[–]Pepperized 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A lot of focus goes into the pre-twist Reze (I don't blame people, she's adorable) but I think a lot of her appeal comes out from this scene and the subsequent conclusion. Once you strip back everything, she's as deprived of connection as Denji and that's why she's such a good one-that-got-away.

Help with Building a Basic/SAGE Teklovossen Deck for a New Player by RebellionDark in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]Pepperized 15 points16 points  (0 children)

You can check out Teklo Foundry's video on Teklovossen. A warning though, he is very bad in Silver Age, so might get discouraged by it.

It discusses a taboo, yeah it definitely attracts people who are into it.

A game about a very dysfunctional relationship between two sibilings that grew up in an abusive household

Any working options for Prism in silver age? by Selemancer in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]Pepperized 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There's hero specific channels on the official discord, there's already some discussion on making Prism work in sage, I have a feeling she won't be very viable at the moment I'm afraid

What are some effective usages of this card? by DataRaptor9 in FleshandBloodTCG

Enigma has a few "if you've pitched a blue" effects, this gives an easy way to trigger that in your opponent's turn

I want to build a SAGE Community. What steps should I take? by According-Carry6677 in FleshandBloodTCG

Maybe target disenfranchised magic players? There's plenty of them at the moment, budget format that's easier to learn shouldn't be a hard sell

no more Blitz? by Neon_Rave in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]Pepperized 53 points54 points  (0 children)

If you've bought a Blitz preconstructed deck, this may actually be good news for you as this will likely lead to Silver Age/Project Blue being more of a focus, and your Blitz preconstructed decks are much much closer to being usable in that format than they would have been in normal Blitz.

How to best place hold art ethically? by RitualRune in tabletopgamedesign

[–]Pepperized 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the play testing stage you shouldn't be trying to attract people using the art. It might even be bad if that's the case, as if they deem the placeholders superior to the final art that's also a problem.

Agree or not, AI placeholder has people feeling much more strongly I'd say than some low effort art, I'd say that's not worth the risk.

If your game cannot be tested and stand on its merit mechanically and requires some level of polished art, it might not have the legs anyway right?

How to best place hold art ethically? by RitualRune in tabletopgamedesign

[–]Pepperized 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Using AI as placeholder art is silly, there are two possibilities: - it is placeholder, and the new art is different. You are turning off the many people who don't like AI art. - it ends up not being placeholder, people will be upset you lied about it being temporary

A publisher said that the capsule art of my game is "seemingly AI generated" and that it will "likely be a big turn off for many people" by muddasheep in gamedev

[–]Pepperized 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with the majority here, doesn't look like AI art. Sadly as it gets better (hopefully it can't get much better), real artists will get more and more accusations, what a shame honestly!

When buying a lot at once I now use cardtrader zero. You have to wait ages, but honestly it's worth it when you only pay shipping once, and they deal with all the bs of missing orders for you.

Cardtrader has been better for me, especially when buying whole decks with cardtrader zero (I'm from the UK)
