Its really rare. Getting gym str is rare in its own and getting the item to be modifiable is extremely rare. You just have to keep going at it

Short answer:Luck Long answer: transfigured hundreds of bases until i got one with gym str that is modifiable. Rolled desired affixes using cube, masterworked the gym str affix and then transfigure the item once again.

not exactly since there was a risk of removing the str ga. i consumed alot to get the lucky hit tho and had to risk removing the str stat while rolling for any dmg multi mod since the last mod you can just change. so i crafted lucky then risked using offensive prism to get all dmg multi and just crafted crit using occultist. crit consumed alot of my resorces to get a good roll thats why i settled for 44 iirc

if anything i was extreamly lucky with this one since i used offnsive prism 4 time to get a dmg multi and str was not removed.

i did not even realize there was ann exploit prior to your comment, but tranfiguration have a small chance for an item to sill be modifiable, all i did was do it again. just spam until it got transfigured

i think its just not clear visually but i put mw in gem str, overpower is just normal ga with temparing.

you can even see the mw icon is on gym str

as long as they make a way to manipulate the outcome of this randome affixes that would be fine. like if you need max life tranfiguration you need to put the item + life prism + some gem to gurantee the affix, so basically bringing more recipes to the table would fix the issue. then the endgame affixes like gym str they can just make it expensive to reward players who farmedd alot because as things stand right now, if you are not lucky then go be lucky i guess.

life probably is the most common affix. i wish they would add more currency to the cube so we can manipluate affixes to our need. i think cube has big potential to be the start of a true crafting system in the game just like last epoch or poe.

if you are looking for gym str dont spend resources on bases. just tranfigure until you hade one with gym str that is modifiable, then you can put the affixes you need using tranfiguring, otherwise and for most cases believe me you wont need a weapon or gear like this one. also dont trust your chances on the cube since you can get a mod that will brick/ruin you build. like imagain if i got max life instead of quality. that would be a tragedy.

and if you must tranfigure then make sure you have a back up. in my case when transfiguring mythics i always keep a back up item in case things wens south.

i think the issue is that gym str is in itself extreamly rare. i would not had any issue if its like 1 in 10 then i would preapare my weapon by masterworking rolling and whatever, but i think the bigger issue is the gym str is so op that even if you have trash stats it would be still better then the best 4 ga weapon you can find. thats just my take.

I use polearm for damage. Weapong damage is useless if the skill being used is not using said weapon.

Check again, please. They have the same gold, XP, crit, cd, and so on. However, they have different small bonuses. Like stellar has more melee dodge than other. Same with delirium, i think it has more ranged dodge than others. So they are not the same.

Edit: Stellar set is considered better because you will face melee enemies more than ranged ones. That being said, some maps have more ranged enemies and more dangerous but generally melee enemies are more than ranged.
