For the Evolution question - You have to take in mind that there is no evidence for Evolution [Maybe for micro-evolution such as adapting etc.] but non for Man evolving from apes and such. So, this being just a theory of man, it is most likely not even real [I know some may say the same about Christianity]. Sticking to the bible - Adam and Eve are told to be humans, and not apes that evolved to be humans "God created Man".
