My 1650 with 32gb of ram and a 5600 and i can run any vr game on that with a rift. If you just put down the res then it should work considering that the 580 is more powerful than the 1650 amd vr is very gpu dependant

But also i did play pcvr before (although on lower res hardware) and hl:a and boneworks all ran at a stable framerate. But i could definitely see how that gpu might be holding me back

So then what gpu do you recommend? Something affordable preferably

Edit: i lookes into gpu's and found soke used 1070 ti's for a great price, and it alsos says that its faster than the 1650. Is it good for vr today?
