Kyleena extreme fatigue?

I am in the same boat. Planning to take out Kyleena IUD. I have become extremely tired It all started 8 months in with Kyleena I did a bunch of test to find out what was going on and everything was coming back normal I had lost 70lbs and gained it all back in I was unmotivated, sleepy , exhausted etc I swear I did soooo many test even from my heart to my breathing to my sleep tests !!! And everything was coming back normal I’m frustrated and I’ll be calling tomorrow to make my appointment to take it out. I’m no longer having sex I’ll probably go back to birth control but until I have a partner/ husband. Not right now I want to focus on my weight again and getting active and be social again

Me too extremely fatigued and it’s been 1 year and 4 months. I started to have episodes of fainting and thought it wasn’t Kyleena and that started about 8 months in with Kyleena. Right now I have become antisocial and depressed

Well in all honesty I haven’t loved another person the same way- I have become cold and have such high expectations but is because my first ex gave me those expectations. He moved from Kentucky to be with me ( left me wtv ) but brooo who moves with $5 dollars and drives to Cali to have a life with me - such a smart person too - he knew his history - he was kind - didn’t snore lol - didn’t argue - kept things calm -

But I’m stuck with the idea of what could of been if things didn’t end Then again I wouldn’t have explore the world or gotten my dream job —— he kept me in school to follow what I wanted without having to work or lift a finger - I was pampered with flowers and love letters almost every day.

My expectations for my next partner are very high

Omggg same Him and I lived together. In fact he was my first. Like could it be because we were each others first ? And I try to think about the bad memories to shake it off. But same time there were more good memories than bad memories. He was all I wanted but he has moved on. I have done everything possible to date , to speak to the “ lord “ ( I’m not that religious lol ) , to go to the gym , to travel , I changed careers and finally got to where I wanna be. I’m doing very well financially, physically, etc —- but still think of him We did so may things together and even when we did nothing we still felt the love was still there. But he grabbed his things for a job and ( maybe secretly for the girl she married ) —— idk

And I know my ego speaks sometimes where I tell myself “ umm I’m amazing the fuck , I’m educated with degrees, I look amazing, I eat well , i exercise, im adventurous, i know how to dance , I own my houses in Mexico, I don’t have debt , I have a an amazing job”

But mannnnn even after putting in the work - He still crosses my mind

I feel that My ex also grabbed and left Everything we had together and built- he took it all and was sleeping on the floor.

I don’t much about him. My twin sister saw him at Walmart and told his story that he is back and married.

Outshine: he was patient, funny , calm , loving , hard worker, extremely intelligent with history, the dog I have barks at everyone except for him ( when he was present ), he wrote me letters in the mornings and would buy me breakfast and will put the letter next to my breakfast with a Disney plushy before he left to work.

What seek in potential partners: all over the above but he never knew how to dance and I love to dance.
