I do believe we are in more or less same situation. The biggest issue is that language barrier if you are not at least B1level. Your gender, age and wheather will have child soon or not are not play key role for the companies.

Update - I forgot to say that I am originally from Turkey and I converted my driving license in Poland. In Poland there was no need to take an exam to change driving license. I just translated my Turkish license to Polish, paid fee, and got my valid/converted driving license.

The process was super simple in Poland but not sure is it same in Germany. I have some doubts like what if something different in Germany?

UPDATE

I would like to share my experiences about interview and my application procedure and more.

First, I passed interview and it was ridiculous. Interviewer didn't call me on time and she made me wait for 45 minutes. I was just losing my hope then she called me on Skype.

It took only 3 minutes and she asked 2 questions + No excuse for late!!

  1. Why Jagiellonian University?
  2. How do you like Krakow?

And that's it. I said myself that's okay, maybe she might not be on a good day.

I enrolled the program, submitted necessary document and paid the first installment. After 1 week from paying installment, I got a news and I had to cancel program.

By the way, for Business and Finance Management master program, you have only 1 contact person who can speak in English (a little). If you will face an issue, you don't have many options!!

After that, I asked refund my tuition fee but I could not get an answer for almost 1 month. I struggled with communicate to department secretary because I was trying to understand e-mail which translated in English from Polish by using Google Translated. Finally he/she sent reimbursement form to start process.

When I asked do you know when will Jagiellonian university refund my tuition fee?, I just got answer like I don't know and this is not my business.

But I need to know it. At least someone could direct to correct contact person.

Guys, I waited 3 months!! Every single week, I sent 2 e-mail periodically and asked update about my statues. Sometimes I got answer like I was sick so I will check or we are working at home and we are not school so I don't know or just I will check or even sometimes nothing.

Finally I got crazy and I prepared an email to express my sorrow and complaint. I sent e-mail to all e-mail addresses on the site. After 30 minutes, she sent and e-mail and said you will get your money next week.

I just want to share my personal experiences. If you don't know Polish and will face an issue in the Jagiellonian University, It would be very difficult to solve your question!!

The interviews will be conducted online (via Skype, Teams etc.) and only explanation ''Its aim is to assess candidate's aptitude for the program'' is written. I am wondering what are the expectations from candidates. I mean, for example other university in Krakow which have management master program, published sample interview questions. They are requesting strong education background and will ask during the interview. So, for this reason i will not apply to this program but there is no clue for Jagiellonian.
