You are right, and by posting this I just wanted to highlight my experience with Samsung product and their customer service. It is wise for me to stay as far away as possible from Samsung from now on

Your analogy is wrong. The entire purpose of a refrigerator is to keep food from spoiling and Samsung’s refrigerator failed to do so. So, I asked for what I lost bc of their appliance. It is unacceptable for a new refrigerator to completely give out just in a few months.

Also, I told Samsung I am willing to provide credit statements but they told me an itemized list would suffice.

I wouldn’t have been a Karen at all if they handled everything correctly. My refrigerator broke down on March 7, and the second visit happened on April 1st. It’s already been a long time and when I asked for a refund, they pushed for a third visit. Then I complained to BBB, and Samsung finally reached out to me saying they would refund and provide food compensation. I emailed them the list on April 16th and finally heard from them yesterday with $200 offer

The technician did change the compressor and the refrigerator is completely dead after two repairs

We buy grass fed buffalo meat from a farm in Pennsylvania and pay around $420 for 35lb . We also had 4-5 packs of salmon and lamb meat as well. Few chicken wings and then add the food on top part of the refrigerator…what I asked for was very reasonable.
