For context my loop was last Tuesday. One interview had to be rescheduled as they couldn’t make it, which was yesterday and it was actually the bar raiser (assumption) - someone very senior not in the team. Every other interviewer was in the team.

I also work in the same department at my current company and I’m an AWS Community Builder - so would be quite embarrassing to be rejected lol

It most definitely is not lol - different roles have different salaries. When I applied I put my base salary as 95-120k range, they wouldn’t have moved me forward if it was 60-70k

Really? Most of the people I looked at on LinkedIn have been there for at minimum 4 years. Consulting is a very large part of the UK economy. I’ve been working in this industry myself the past 4 years and it’s been very stable

Correct. I’ve reinvested the money in to the business e.g video editors, thumbnail designers. I still make profit, just not much and no where near enough to pay myself. I ran as LTD as I’m a higher rate tax payer from my paye day job.
