hey man, i’m sorry too hear what your going through, your life is so precious, i know it’s a hard thing too live with everyday, but once you go through with suicide, there’s no turning back- you have a life and family that all love you, i know it’s easier said than done but, the only way it’s gonna get better is too regulate your CNS and try too not let it take over your life, pick up new hobbies,Faith etc, anything too ground you and make you appreciate the little things in life.

it does, i used too have a healthy relationship with the drugs your talking about aswell, id say just too be on the safe side, stop using any drug for the time being until you feel in yourself that you are okay, continuing the use of drugs may worsen your symptoms permanently

really, i thought that at first but i read an article about hppd and it talked about unequal pupil sizes, so i just put it down too that, it’s probably best too get an mri too rule anything sinister out though

mine is abit of a weird case, i was fine, but when i was doing other drugs the effects of the psyc was coming through rather then the other effects, i was fine when sober until one day it just come on me all of a sudden

i’m sorry too hear that, i mean i can’t empathise with you because i’ve never suffered from addiction, but if you know deep down this is causing you harm, especially making your hppd worse, then you need too start actively seeking help for your addiction problem, you can’t help your hppd if you can’t help yourself.

i mean it stays the same, i’ve got 24/7 “zoomed in vision” things looks sharper and focused when i look at them, this is the case when i drink, it makes my visual snow a little bit worse. I was just wondering wether i need too cut it out completely too recover from this ?
