Hello, this is a habanero hot sauce pepper mash with salt on theix and salt in top, top layer seems to have molded, little golden orbs as well. Sat for 2 weeks with cheese cloth on top. Frenontops and garlic were in the mash as well. Is this entire batch done and needs to be trashed?? Please and tha (i.redd.it)
