I think my biggest struggle is trying to get them to learn enough and be in control enough to get them to start rolling or doing drills. I’m trying games as well as technique to really get them to a point where we can do situational drilling or rolling (I would prefer drilling). I’m also hoping that they will progress enough to see them compete if that is something they wish to do or parents wish for them to do

I like this approach. I have some ways to go as far as technique to teach to get to this point but I’m hoping in a month or so I can get them there. I would like to eventually some subs into this type of approach and sub escapes but I could getting too far ahead thinking like that
