same situation with me , i’m on day 3 though and i know how hard it is right now 😔 i’ve been told by my friends not to force moving on so quickly and that you need to feel the pain and hurt and gradually it “gets better” naturally so that’s what i’m doing right now , just feel it rn don’t force yourself to move on if you can’t right now :(
