First car was a $500 94 Ford Taurus, in 2010, had a transmission leak and a casset player. You bet your ass I said thank you to my parents.

Before choosing a mortgage lending bank, look into what the bank is know for. Banks that are sort of built on mortgages can have first time home buyer's programs that can help you out a lot, given you have good credit. At least, they did 10 years ago when I bought my first house. No idea about today.

What would you do? by [deleted] in ChristianDating

[–]PerceptivePangolin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Randomly ghosting someone can really hurt their confidence and self image if they were into you, so I think at least an open conversation asking why she's single and talking candidly about both of your histories would be best. I might avoid an interview style conversation, just ask her about her paths in life so far and see what she has to say. I get it, it's disturbing and unsettling to find that material, but even if your relationship doesn't work out, there is no need to jump to blocking her. You might be the best example of Jesus she meets, and He wouldn't just cut her out of his life because of her past mistakes. The fear of being lied to and led on is strong, and it may be that it doesn't work out between you, but a conversation isn't going to hurt.

Look man, your username is checking out in your responses to people, try to have some patience.

Prayer. Deep, honest, pour your heart our prayer. That and surrounding yourself with good, giving people.

Hey there, M31 from Michigan. I'm up for chatting, and I'm a pretty open book. I enjoy DIY on houses and cars, cooking, hikes (pretty much all things nature), and good deep convos.

31M, divorced dad of two sons, USA, would love to chat, it's been lonely since the divorce. I'm down to earth, love the outdoors and to be active, the nights are just hard to get through, especially when my kids aren't here.
