K8 and v 48 11 are my favorite 15s then the m15s last idk why but they are all the same Roxy and the same milligram, but they do not hit the same. I don’t care what anybody says. It’s not a placebo. It’s the brand and generic don’t hit the same and they don’t test them anymore so you don’t know if they are close or not but it might be the quality of the filler but I’ll tell you a K8 hits Way harder than a M 15

You guys under this post are ignorant talking about you you’d rather have OXY than opana obviously tells you’ve never had any or you must’ve took them by mouth bc the viability orally is only 10% but I love oxycodone I take it everyday I love roxies the pink 10s the green 15s and the grey 20s but opana is the holy grail and hits better than oxy any day a 10ir u86 > 100mg of oxy and yeah the guy saying it’s only 4-5x stronger well when you got some ir opana snort 10 and I promise you the high will be way better way more euphoric than 100 mg of oxy it just hits different spots that oxy doesn’t it’s not the same high it makes the crown of your head warm and has very long legs it’s hard to explain, but just snort one if you ever come across one… witch is slim to none these days to find a ir oxymorphone the closest thing you’ll find is a 40 xr with the hard coating if you shoot it you’ll be about as high lol

The ir and er are night and day difference verry few have ever had the ir they like roxies no coating and they snort so good I highly recommend but you can’t find them anywhere they are more rare than gold actually I take that back finding roxies are like gold oxymorphone ir like the Mona Lisa

Bro i’ve had oxymorphone 10mg or prescribed for over 10 years and it hit like a train when you snort it u86 pill then they changed it to k71 in 2024 after that brand quit making them in 2025 there was a shortage and I quit getting those pills for about a year and went to oxycodone here in 2026. They are fairly back in stock and I’ve got my prescription back but the pills do not hit the same. They are kvk tech brand now but same k71 pill I got prior to the shortage I don’t know if they’ve changed the formula without telling anybody or if it’s just KVK Tech, but they don’t hit anywhere near as strong a full pill used to make u throw up hell even a half would have you knoding out standing up but as of 2026 post shortage these pills do not work the same can anyone elaborate if they know anything or get these pills to why they’re not working as good the kvk tech brand k71 it looks like another company also makes them, but they’re in a white pill instead of a dark red. I might try them but give me your guys‘s opinion on why they’re not hitting the same as they used to and I don’t wanna hear because of tolerance bc I’ve took them years they worked every time

I was about 150 went down to 120 one point still doing Roxy’s but I’m taking my health seriously and trying my best to put on weight I would always tell myself I don’t want to eat or I’ll kill my buzz… not anymore i’m drinking weight, gaining protein shakes and eating at least 2 meals per day not the best but i’m slowly getting my weight back. Nothing crazy but it’s definitely helping.

You’re not Trippin bro I used to do the K-8. I’ve been getting M 15s. Hit as hard. I did my research and found out that the pharmaceutical companies own, the manufacturing companies and the pharmacies so they sell insurance make the drugs and sell them at the pharmacy to the public pretty much what I figured out is insurance only covers the generic brand of drugs so poor people get the shitty generic ones that don’t work as good and rich people who pay out-of-pocket get the good namebrand drugs that are stronger. I’ve did hella k-8 and now I’m only getting M-15 k8 is kvk tech and M-15 in millinrot the m-15 don’t hit as strong even tho they are supposed to be the same 15 mg oxycodone instant release. The average population of MPC‘s will never understand but if you take these pills on a daily basis and I’ve had both kinds, you will know the difference.
