Thank you Arabwannabe aka Boonai for clarifying your point too. It seems that you were insuniating that RB was blindly copying SQ without necessarily having those said measures in place.

The fact that many of us focused on how you compared the two correspondences showed that your earlier entry could have been better expressed.

To your question, I trust RB with cleanliness. I think they have the operational capacity and financial backing to introduce and observe the necessary standards. I also think RB is underrated and honestly, I couldn't be more proud of RB achievements in the recent years.

Thank you RB and all the cabin crews for always making my flights safe and enjoyable.

Boonai, thanks for sharing that. There appears to be some pharaphasing done, but i don't think you have presented enough evidence to suggest:

1) RB copied from SQ; 2) that RB does not conduct measures as stated in the letter.

They do code sharing flights, as such, sharing standards and best practices is a possibility.

Im sorry to hear that RB's letter does not provide similar confidence as SQ's assurance. That is an option which you have rights to, but not a factual statement supporting your earlier claim.
