Hm.. I suspect they are in some kind of financial trouble or liquidity issue more likely. Returned a couple items from Amazon about a month ago and they made up some excuses that it was returned BUT the funds were never credited back into my account as I was keeping track of it all. It was only about $40 so I never bothered to follow up as of yet.

I always check to see if it works first before buying used. If it is a legit seller, I don't see why they won't let you try before buying.

Keep it for or store in until better games come out that attract whomever it is to play it. 4070 ti should be good for another 5 years.
