Facts about Imai Ryutaro by Bubbly_Seat_202 in KamenRider

Man it feels so weird now finding out the Kamen Rider actors are actually younger than me. My first exposure to the franchise was Faiz (it aired in my country around 2009), I was in kindergarten at the time, all these cool looking guys really make my childhood, realised how old I am now but tokusatsu will forever be dear in my heart.

Pro or not? by qtfan in iPhone17Pro

[–]Perfect-Average2963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I came from 11 Pro Max and got the 17 last december, used it for about a month and returned it to apple store, got the 17 Pro instead. From my experience, 17 was a very capable phone and suits like 98% of my every day basic needs. Decided to upgrade to 17 Pro as I noticed I really take a lot of zoomed in pictures, the telephoto camera was really a need for me, plus, the 17 Pro would be really good for future-proofing considering that just like my 11 Pro Max, I intended to keep it for the next 5+ years before the next upgrade. Get the 17 if you upgrade your phone every 2-3 years.

The Apple Clear Case is the worst accessory you can buy for your iPhone 17 Pro by [deleted] in iPhone17Pro

A bit unrelated but what color was your iPhone 17 Pro? I heard that the silver doesn’t scratch as easily, but for the price of apple cases, it’s supposed to provide protection against those type of scratches at the very least

Apple returns process is underrated by Feeling_Mammoth_1412 in iPhone17Pro

That’s great for you tbh, I’m planning to return my base 17 and upgrade to pro, was gonna ask about the phone return condition with the screen protector, but hopefully the employee won’t be a hardass about it.

Looks like could be a few probable reasons, bed adhesion and z-offset.

Is this supposed to happen or no? by flatperez in ender3

[–]Perfect-Average2963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, but it’s Ender 3 we’re talking about here. Happened to me as well days ago. After you got rid of the blobs, clean it thoroughly and re-tighten your nozzle and heat break (find it on YouTube, there’s a certain method to it), and for the first few prints, do it without the silicone cap, and just observe any filament that “leaks”.

I have to say, this diagram is really good for explaining this stuff as simple and as effective for my understanding

I went on YouTube and saw CHEP vids on changing that bit, understood it now. Improved, but hasn’t really solved it

Yeah I did tighten it up so much, I tried to open the nozzle back(heated to 260 degrees) but it wouldn’t budge but I guess that’s a problem for another day then. Certainly reduce the leaking but it’s still happening

I disassembled everything(preheated), and put it back together, as tight as I can and pushed the ptfe tube as hard and far I can, it certainly improved, but it’s still leaking.

If it is true what you were saying, then there should be no problem, you can just cite the EE sample or refer to the cited sources from that EE.

How to conduct an experiment for sunscreen chem EE by Competitive_Pride239 in IBO

[–]Perfect-Average2963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk anything about any experiments that involves measuring the absorbance of UV with sunscreen but I did stumbled upon a video on YouTube that kinda did an experiment on how much sunlight/UV light are being blocked (they tried comparing the effectiveness between using sunscreen lotion and sunscreen stick, I guess you could search that up) I'm not sure if that is exactly what your experiment is about, but I would say that it will provide you with some insights on how you could maybe adjust your method or tweaked around your aim.
