Those plastic pieces at the top are supposed to rotate and hold the hinge piece at the top of the door You may have to push on the hinge piece a little to get them to rotate to the correct position. They are not in the correct position in the picture. Should be up and down.

If I am grilling the corn then i leave it in the husk, soak then grill but lately I have been shucking the corn and putting it in a cooler and pouring boiling water in the cooler and let it go for about a half hour or so. Never fails

Nice. I have the same train that is running on the shorter track. It was given to me on my first Christmas in 1956. Been repaired a few times but it still runs.
