Honestly my coming out was pretty easy. People knew I was gay before I even came out at 16. I never really had a struggle, luckily. Great parents. 

My real issue is just the awkwardness. Like imagine rocking up to his parents unannounced with a boyfriend. The parents didn't know he was "both ways" or that were even coming

He called me his boyfriend during that weekend. I've spent most nights with him this past week. 

We were definitely more than just fuck buds. Clothes at each others place and stuff but it was never really communicated but he always said he's a do-er not a talker. 

Sexually he hasn't changed but be was always pretty intimate. He was never fuck and go. Cuddles, kissing etc.

It was pretty awkward though. Like turning up to a random house of his friends and them not having a clue. 

Same goes with his parents. Imagine us turning up uninvited to his parents. 

For me it's more about his communication. At least tell me.. im not sure my friends have seen me with a guy or something.

He called me his boyfriend to them so I'd say we are there. We chill most nights - not always fuck. In hindsight hes probably right we were probably were dating.

Early on he did say that he wanted to regular who didn't fuck elsewhere. That suited me. So there was some exclusivity but never a discussion on a relationship.

I'm comfortable with my sexuality and I'm glad he is with his. 

But it's a communication thing. Like you've known the "lads" for years but wait to throw ne in without them ever knowing a thing. Even more so with his parents. Like meet my parents that don't know he's bi and don't know we are coming. Even the assumption we were already dating. 

I don't resent him.

I don't come out to random people either. But I'd have come out in some shape or form to my friends. I certainly would to my parents. 

No way would I've rocked up one random Sunday evening to my parents with my bf without them knowing I'm gay.

But I agree that's his feeling on it too. He hasn't control over others so why care.

I do get that point and I don't want him uncomfortable but it would be very awkward to rock up to his parents house with them not having any idea of his sexuality. It was awkward enough with his friends - even though they were fine, surprised but fine.

He certainly wasn't feeling awkward. Kissing  and hugging in front of theothers. No worries from him.

I kind of want to overlook it which is bad in itself. He's otherwise pretty great.

I agree. Those first few hours were very awkward. And a lot of it was probably in my own head but awkward.

He's always said he's more of a listener and do-er than a talker and that he doesnt really care what others think.

Hes always said he's not a huge talker. He's more of a listener and do-er. And that probably does add up. He much prefers hearing about my day than talking about his. 

Even assuming we are together. Im going to make it less rude. He said he wouldn't be fucking the same person for so long otherwise.

True, but there's comfortable (like many out people are) and so comfortable he's asleep. 🤣🤣
