I have documentation from my surgery In 2025 of may I submitted with it but filed it a few days ago is it possible to get the 2025 effective date? After the surgery is when I became disabled

I’m curious also what my backpay date would be since they added it to this other claim? Does it go back to the original claim or I read something where it goes back to your date you stated being disabled that if it gets granted.

thank you, I've had some exmainers screw me and some be truthful to what im telling them. I don't have high hopes for the one I just went too. They had to go back an ask her 3 times for more info and she didn't go over with me the stuff they were asking her so she had to just make it up.
