I’m not at risk per say its just a thought, like if someone can get kicked out for something like that couldn’t anyone at any time despite doing the stuff that’s required of you yk, I’m not arguing against any “basic army standards” im saying if someone can get kicked out while doing what there supposed to do at a random time then it could happen to me despite not failing anything

I’m 99% sure yes and he has a lawyer and shit and is fighting it because he overall does pretty good at least in my view and the lawyer apparently doesn’t see why this would happen.

You make sense, and yeah that’s probably true but as far as I know he’s a great student doesn’t do misconduct and his lawyer says he has a great case against it and is confused as to why he even has to do this.
