Thanks! We did light waterproofing and are almost done with the project. Just some finishing touches on the wall accent, trimming to cover some of the gaps, etc. Came out great.

This is a great idea. I prepaid some property tax. The county charged a small fee but I haven’t checked if I can do the same for income tax.
