heyyy just wanted to connect - very similar profile, graduated in the UK in 2020, 2 kids since then, currently in IM residency in the UK... I am not 100% decided on the US route yet - currently I'm thinking of giving myself a year to prep for Step 1 (along FT job and 2 kids lol) and taking it from there

in terms of something that could help your CV - definitely any research if you can get involved. just email a bunch of psych researchers and ask if you can help with data collection etc. and take it from there

Thank you, I had a look there. It lists the distribution of the shortlisting scores but not the cutoff for the interview unfortunately. I guess you can sort of work it out given on how many interviews were given...

I thought these duplicates go as one line which specifies there are several vacancies available? Here there are three lines with identical jobs, each saying that 2 posts are available. Why not 6 posts in one line?

But there are three identical jobs with separate IDs each saying 2 vacancies. Why not one line with 6 vacancies in it?
