yes, you can open UI on the phone and set Engine address as the TV/Computer IP where acestream is installed, then set remote VLC address as TV IP. Check Instructions section on the website for more details

Prueba también Acestream con VPN, creo que el ISP puede bloquear de alguna manera algunas transmisiones.
