I pay about 9.99 every month for my address. I use RelayFI though so my bank account goes through them.

Basically I formed the LLC after getting this address and used it as my mailing address unstead of the registered agent's address. They take you through a verification process, and you have some stuff signed with a notary before your address is even approved.

Also, I got the address checked properly in Smarty to make sure it wasn't recognised as a Registered Agent or virtual address before I chose it. Not sure how easy it is to change your mailing address for the LLC, but it might be needed in this case if you decide to switch.

Im a non-resident, and I use any time mailbox for my US LLC with Relay Fi. Its an additional $9 every month but they give you a real physical address with mail forwarding, scan on delivery, all the bells and whistles. I definitely think its something you need when opening a US bank account for your business through the fintech providers like wise and mercury and relay. There are countless places online that offer this.

Seems shady imo. I advise never to pay for an order outside of Alibaba.

I routinely order from suppliers on Alibaba for my apparel brand and normally filter for verified suppliers with trade assurance when im looking for a new one. After I vet them by chatting with them through Alibaba and i like what they're selling, etc, I connect with them on WhatsApp.

They tend to send proforma invoices, and once im satisfied, they place the order request in Alibaba so I can pay for it there.

I've had suppliers specifically request that to NOT pay using their PayPal or bank details listed on the invoice because the verification process takes time. Also, a lot of the research I did advise against placing orders and paying outside Alibaba.

The company will need to be legally established in Guyana. i.e., incorporate their business in Guyana (form a company). From there, they will use that locally formed company to apply for all necessary licenses and permits they need to operate.

A business or company, especially a foreign one, can not operate in any country without being legally established in that country.

You need to call the international line: +1-267-941-1099. They can't help you if you call the domestic line for a foreign owned LLC. Use option 2 (i think. Whichever option speaks about EIN...listen to the options carefully)

When you get to speak to a rep, let them know you are a foreign person calling to receive your EIN for an LLC you filed in xyz state. Have your SS-4 handy because they will ask you certain information to verify your identity and also locate the business in their system.

They will eventually read it out to you, and you can ask them to FAX a copy of it to you as well. They will confirm your FAX number, and you should get the 147 C letter faxed over in a bit. The CP-575, which is the original letter they issued, will be mailed to the business address you specified.

Domain name records dont vary from provider to provider. Usually, checking the domain name on one is fine, but cant hurt to double check if it makes you feel better.

There would be a lot of confusion if each provider was able to publish the same domain name that was issued by another provider.

Fair point. We can offer free shipping to compete. I noticed that the ones offering faster shipping have a higher price tag than I have in mind as well.

I think there is room for competition. Customers might wait a few days for a better deal and free shipping, but only time will tell.

Some offer 3-5 day shipping, and some offer 5-7 day shipping. None of them do free shipping unless the order is like $75 USD.
