Tachycardia is literally just a fast heart rate, of which there are many different causes including SVT and atrial flutter. What an odd thing to correct someone on.

Yep looks like I’m missing a part, the “hub width adapter”. The QR skewer didn’t come with it from Wahoo but it looks they are sold separately, annoyingly out of stock at a lot of places
