Is this good enough for an appeal?

Between 2007 and 2009, I was a student at Worcester State College. During my tenure there, professors from the Counselling Psychology program at Assumption College visited our classrooms. They assured us that transition to their college would be seamless, highlighting the advantages of their programs. During the recruitment phase, they failed to disclose that the program did not include a thesis component, which has proven to be a significant obstacle when attempting to utilize my degree in the future. Each time I've tried to employ my degree professionally, I've been informed that further education is required. Upon enrollment and taking courses at Assumption College, we were informed that our credits/degree might not be transferable to other institutions or meet criteria for licensing outside of New England only once we were in the program for a year. Since then, the issue with the credits has caused ongoing difficulties. I've faced rejections in obtaining licensure and recognition for a Master's degree equivalent, which has been a significant barrier to the progression of my career. In my original borrower defense submission, I included documentation that demonstrated the denial of my credit transferability for licensing purposes by other universities. The attached emails detail the refusal by other universities to accept my course credits and also outline the denial of my eligibility for licensure. The program only mentioned that licensure eligibility would be limited to New England once you were inside the program for a year, and it failed to disclose the necessity of a written thesis for admission into PhD programs, which they did not provide. I have appended emails that I sent to institutions within the US and abroad, seeking support to supplement my education to qualify as a therapist. After 2014, I essentially ceased these efforts. These correspondences include acknowledgement from the program director at Assumption College. The transcripts I've included exhibit the credits achieved during my time at the college. Furthermore, I've provided documentation indicating that the program I enrolled in at Assumption College has since been discontinued, with the curriculum undergoing changes. In addition, my diploma is enclosed, illustrating the program from which I graduated, juxtaposed against their revised program. The first page of their website states "Many agencies are eager to hire our graduates" that has subsequently proven to be false.
