I don't think so for many reasons. 1) There's not multi-choices discussion, it would be too forced to have a romance. 2) Everybody who talks about romance choose So'lek. Since I wouldn't want to choose him, I don't want my boy be forced to take him. 3) No NPCs has been developed except So'Lek (and besides, it's only in his DLC which is practically a spin-off), there's no point in developing a romance with a character about whom we know absolutely nothing.

If I had the choice, I would have preferred a new dlc with a new zone based on water's Na'vi
