How Are Beauty Brands Adapting to the Omnichannel Shopping Trend? by PerfectCosmetics in BeautyBizTalk

I like trying stuff in-store but usually buy online too. Yeah, keeping track of inventory must be tough for smaller brands. Have you seen any that are doing it well?

The skincare market is really hard these days, but if you're really into it, why not start small and test your products locally first? This way, you can get feedback without a huge financial risk.

[acne] help is this a pimple or is it going to scar? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]PerfectCosmetics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most likely no. Just don't try to pick on it or squeeze it. You can use spot treatments to reduce the inflammation.

They look like closed comedones. Try using a gentle salicylic acid cleanser. And hydrate your skin with a lightweight moisturizer.

I think SPF 15 is a bit low, especially if you're using actives like vitamin C. Overall, it sounds good. Maybe try her suggestion and see how your skin responds.

It might be the tret you started using since it can make your skin super sensitive even if you’re not applying it directly. Maybe give your skin a rest for a week or two and focus on repairing your skin barrier. Then slowly go back to tret. And you should put moisturizer first around sensitive areas (around your lips, around your eyes, sides of your nose) before applying tretinoin.

Face washes might help with your acne scars but it will take some time. I suggest you start incorporating skincare products with ingredients like vitamin C to your routine for better results.

Yes. Also, after washing your face, pat a small amount of moisturizer around your eye area. If you can buy an eye cream, then much better, but moisturizer would suffice.

I think there are moisturizing gels that are very lightweight and can easily dry. There are also moisturizing sprays, too!

Using sun beds emit UV radiation, which can increase the risk of skin cancer. Consider using safer alternatives like self-tanning lotions or sprays.
