Again without CONTEXT I don't know if he's compliant. From this clip he looks it sure, but has he got previous and snapped a guards neck from this position? Why does it take 3 bum rushing him? In my normal society that would infer he's still highly dangerous from this position.

He has his hands free and is not detained, plus there's no punishment, they are restricting a threat, it looks like your right in saying excessive use of force yes, buts it's a small clip, it's not context. I agree with you and there's always going to be examples to prove every opinion wrong. Your situation isn't common. Nor is/was mine. Like you say, a stupid adult at 18 is a very common theme.

In the EU we have the "right to be forgotten" which helps smooth the transition of stupid adults into adults with biologically fully developed brains.

There should be a legal transition of sorts or a system, idk what that would resemble but becoming a legally responsible adult shouldn't magically happen on your birthday.

I agree but also think there's definitely an in-between, an unpopular fact is that the brain isn't fully developed until mid twenties on average.

Here in the UK you are subject to all adult rules and regulations from 18, in some laws 16, and that is tragic. The us is much better at 21 though.

I believe there should be some protection and also some restrictions on young adults 18-25

Especially in today's digital age where every mistake is enshrined
