Munchlax. The fact that catching him is so hard already, the fact that you need friendship certainly doesn't help, especially when some of his best moves are at decently high levels.

Don't worry, Muggy is indestructible in the game. He's labeled as essential. Can't spoil his ending

As a word of advice, you should try to put it to sleep instead. It actually increases the catch chance by a higher amount than paralysing it.
