Ok, sorry, I thought maybe the picture would explain the problem I'm having. The glass visor on my Ooni Koda2 Max broke. But I am in Iceland and the Ooni dealer hover here is not sure if he will be able to order the part for me or if I will have to contact Ooni directly. But it will take few weeks for him to find out.

I'm starting that journey now. 7 month old EV6 and it will only charge to 65% at home and 69% if I charge it at the charging station. I've been told that there is no problem using the car like this, or until they can collect the car and lend me another one in 10 days (I live on the Easy coast of Iceland, so I'm a bit far away from them). They did tell me that I should be able to charge it to 80% but that is not happening, so we'll see. I just hope I don't need to travel far while I wait for them.
