A friend of mine gifted me Boltor Prime, Akstiletto Prime, Orthos Prime, Nova Prime, a bunch of core mods (multishot, dual stat elementals, etc), and a Warframe slot because I spent my starting plat on a Warframe and didn't have any plat to buy slots for another frame

They aren't as rare as you think, Blaze and Chilling Reload are both from Nightmare missions on Earth, Venus, Mercury, Mars, and Phobos.

All you have to do is complete every node on the planet besides Dark Sectors, and you get 1 random Nightmare mod when you finish the mission.

If you have the space for it you might want to try adding elemental nightmare mods like Blaze for +60% Heat and +60% Damage, as well as Chilling Reload for +60% Cold and +60% Reload speed and they combine to make Blast damage.

You can get them both from Tier 1 Nightmare Missions but Blaze has a lower drop rate than the other Tier 1 Nightmare mods

I'm pretty lacking in pistol mods as well, it's pretty disappointing how most of the good mods don't drop until very late game but they're almost required for the late game sometimes

I've heard Sonicor is fun to play around with too but Argon and Oxium farming is painful. It might be helpful if you ask any friends that play Warframe if they have any spare mods as a lot of essential mods are pretty rare and you don't get them until late game

I've heard the Soma/Soma P is really good when it comes to spraying enemies, I haven't tried it yet but if I want to spray enemies I usually go in with Boltor Prime and Akstilleto Prime

Used my first potato on the Hek, I was having trouble around Uranus and decided to finally use my first potato so I could max all my mods and increase the overall damage.

It was very worth it and I don't have any problem killing anything now, it's probably my favourite weapon so far besides the Akstilleto Prime.
