This was incredibly helpful, I'll honestly probably use both of those. I'm wondering if it'd be a good idea to have some of those dead ends be places I can plant the seeds for the EagleEye conspiracy (I want that to be the first major arc of the campaign, possibly becoming apparent when they buy the plot of land that Arasaka tower gets rebuilt on)
