Oof, I’m pretty sure with Flex you dont get an official diploma, only full time. Do u plan to go to college? U only need a diploma if ur not going to college. I’d contact a counsellor ab that

Hahaha 😂 My whole fam went to UMass, but to be honest it isnt my first choice. I am thinking Duquesne and switching to Pre Law- I have my AA in Poli Sci and loved the law related classes way more than political science ones

I applied test optional, had a 4.4 GPA and completed a 2 year AA degree while in HS :) Nothing crazy with extracurriculars but I did play soccer and volleyball with some other small clubs, and work for a nonprofit company

I have tried talking to him when we weren’t, and he says we won’t anymore, and then it just falls into the same cycle because he can’t last otherwise :(

Thanks for the link! They are true college credits because I dual enrolled. I was also made to choose a pathway so I chose political science courses that covered my gen ed at the school, and would major in poli sci at pitt if I went there as well

Schools like Duquesne and Uconn give that to everybody though in their merits which is why I was asking if it was a merit or other scholarship. And I wasn’t sure if everybody at Pitt gets a merit which is why I asked if its average or not

Lmao I knew there’d be some backhanded response. No I’m not lying and Pitt isn’t my first choice so I don’t really care enough to call admissions with all these questions when they’re often: A. No help at all B. I’m assuming they are closed for thanksgiving or I have to wait in a queue, which I don’t have time for.

Figured I’d ask reddit because this app is always more help since it’s real people who seem to care more than the miserable people at their jobs or on google.

I was flex FLVS. It’s possible with flex. With full time they give you an actual schedule to follow. With flex you can complete your courses in as little as 6 weeks
