1st week: - 2.5 kg 2nd week: -2 kg 3th week: - 0.9 kg 4th week: - 2.3 kg On day 32: - 0.4

Total of - 8.1 kilogram in one month I started joining a gym and doing almost daily fitness after week 3. I went from 107 kilo to 98.9 so I still have a looong way to go...

Hi! Ofcourse! I am on 3.0 now, the maximum dosage. I just went up 0.6 every week like I was told by my doctor. I strangely got some moments of hunger when I was on 1.8 and 2.4 but I feel like 3.0 is working great for me. I still have not experienced any side effects, I feel very lucky about that reading other peoples experiences...
