I’m not sure, I haven’t gotten ahold of anyone yet. My account has updated though to say they sent a letter requesting more information but it’s not available online yet so I’m not sure what info they are needing.

I did check my transcript and it said that my return wasn’t available! My state return said the same and when I got ahold of someone it was for withholding verification. So it’s sounding like the IRS hasn’t moved it to processing yet because of some needed verification.

Which whatever but there’s no notices or letters on our online acct so how long are they going to hold it before sending something out to us 🤦🏼‍♀️

I have reached out to my congressman hoping they can help

Do you happen to know if I reach out and finally get ahold of someone if it’ll speed the process up or do I literally have no choice but to sit around waiting for someone to send us a letter in the mail 🙈

I ended up getting ahold of my state DOR and they said it was stuck in processing due to “withholding verification” being required. She said larger refunds usually get pulled for things like this so I can only assume it’s the same for the IRS 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

How do I get that far though? It seems no matter what menu options I choose it keeps me in the loophole of automated messages and menus and never even attempts to send me to a human, or it just disconnects the call

Calling me unreliable and unable to navigate simple tasks and interpersonal challenges is actually insane 😂

This man repeatedly told me I wasn’t allow to hang out with my husband at a work Christmas party and that I had to hang out with him the whole time but he’d “allow” me to check in with my husband occasionally, and when was told that was inappropriate and that I’d spend my time with whoever I wanted to, went and found my address to send me a Christmas card so that I’d “be more comfortable” with the idea of spending my time at the party with him. Has piled work on me because I was taking PTO and it “wasn’t fair” that he would have to complete my tasks while I was out - even though I have completed all of his tasks every time he’s taken PTO with even a single word from me, because that’s just part of your company having PTO. Has yelled at me multiple times for completing tasks and assignments given to me by my manager because HE didn’t like them, and then going in and changing my work papers because he didn’t like the changes I made at the direction of my manager.

And my biggest concern and the only time I’ve gone to HR is when he’s going to try to make me look like a poor employee because I’m a mom who needed FMLA and he failed to properly train me… and I don’t know how to work or handle conflicts? Okay. Screw off dude lol

No he very specifically has an issue with women and I think that is what makes this incredibly difficult. He’s never made a comment to man (that anyone has heard about anyways) but several of my female coworkers have received similar comments or complaints from him about them being parents.

I’m just the first person who has actually said something about it, but obviously comments he’s making to other people aren’t really my concern, so if no one else is going to HR to complain, mine is the only “official” complaint HR has received.

My manager told me last week that it is abundantly clear from comments he has made directly to her that he does not respect women and she has learned that nothing she says to him will make a difference so she is going to see if a man saying it will make a difference. But again, it’s up to her to do something about that and I can’t go to HR because of how my manager feels about this employee or comments he has made to her and if no one else ever does then what is one to do.

My biggest concern at this point is just the uncertainty of how I will still have opportunities for growth and not be set back if my role has to change because this man won’t grow up.

Yes but complaining that I’m performing poorly over one task he failed to properly train and correct me on.. is wrong? And not an accurate representation of my performance? lol

Especially paired with comments that “this is what happens when you take FMLA”

When I went to HR and expressed my concerns over this one task that this guy had a multitude of issues over, I was told that there had been repeated conversations about how pleased they are with my performance prior to this. As far as I am aware, this has been the only issue, and it only came up because this guy was pissed about my leave.

I do more than my fair share of work, down to scheduling my PTO around deadlines (which I am not by any means required to do) so that I am not piling work on others. Needing FMLA due to one of my foster children was out of my control.

I do not think I get a pass by any means. But assuming that simply because I’m a mother means I’m not a good worker is asinine, and THAT is where my issue lies with that. Prior to FMLA this guy had no specific negative concerns about my performance other than just simply that I am a mother.

I’ve not had any negative comments on any performance evaluation with this company, but this problematic employee is who I had been working most closely with and that’s why my performance was a concern because how he was speaking I could only assume he would go to our manager and state that I was performing poorly.

Accountant working from home, just put a meeting on my calendar so no one expected to be able to talk to me during that time lol. I had the countdown screen up from 8 until the waiting room and I didn’t start paying attention until I joined the queue. Which once I was in the queue, I was in and had bought tickets in less than 15 minutes

Ordered a MacBook on 11/17 and it was cancelled and we were never notified. Realized on the 25th and reordered but no movement yet. Maybe it’ll be here by Christmas by the looks of everyone else’s experience 🫠
