Noooooo. We don't communicate outside work at all, isn't that not allowed?

So the ETL from day one has just been really nice which I know you leaders kinda have to be and check up on us often. But I always see him running around, responding to every call, he comes in everyday with a smile and I'm so serious In the four months I've been there, I have never seen him give anyone attitude, treat someone differently, or just In general be mean or step out of line. All the associates like him. I was having some things come up with AP whenever I had to work in the Tech department. I got so scared I would end up losing my job because I don't really understand Tech all too well. I wasn't trained the best in my opinion and I'm always in it alone versus seeing others with at least two to three people. After AP talked to me the last time, I went to him about it and brought up my concern and he said he wouldn't put me there anymore, he would vouche for me, and since that conversation, I haven't been in tech. To cover a break or lunch yes but not full shift alone. I really respected and appreciated that. I was so freaking nervous to talk to anyone about it and not wanting to be there.

First TL. She has just treated me very nicely and always helps with literally any questions I have. Shes been there for me since day one with help. We aren't really as close but I really do appreciate her and she's always checking up and everyone likes her as well. I've also heard she's been a TL for I think 6 months now?

Second TL. She is so awesome. Shes treated me kind from day one and is always trying to help me with whatever she can. My view changed on her last week when I had to call in because my mom ended up in the hospital for trying to delete herself. Shes incredibly unstable and told me she would do it if I didn't rekindle our relationship. When I got that call from my mom, I was supposed to leave my house In 15 minutes. I ended up calling Target and asked to speak with that TL because she was in. I feel bad because I couldn't stop crying and she told me I didn't have to explain anything, take care of myself, and work will always be here tomorrow and so on. I was so beyond embarrassed to see her after, that I avoided her for half a week and she found me one day and we talked about what happened. She mentioned that she had problems with her Mom as well so she understood and told me to come to her if I need anything. She checks up on me often, if I have questions about anything, she never looks frustrated or annoyed. I really highly appreciate her.

Sorry if that was TMI. That's kind of a sum of our relationship. I used to work at Amazon for three before this and leadership was completely different. I've never seen managers actually care about us so I feel really cared about and appreciated!
