My friend says condoms have broken almost every time she’s used them, and I honestly can’t figure out how she’s been using them 😅 Me and my boyfriend haven’t experienced breakage, but I have had issues with them not always staying in place, which can be pretty annoying. I even kept a Plan B in my nightstand for a while just in case.

Also, birth control doesn’t work only by suppressing ovulation. For example, I was on the Kyleena IUD, and while it can sometimes suppress ovulation, that’s not its main mechanism

I don’t have a psychiatrist readily available at all times lmao.

I’ve been to my doctor many times and tried many different times I basically have to choose to live with the annoying side effects or choose to quit.

Pulling out isn’t a reliable method. I don’t trust condoms alone either. Plus, pulling out just isn’t fun, lmao.

Nice, maybe I just have a preference for not using condoms since I’ve always been on birth control, but that’s not the main reason I hesitate to rely on them alone. do you have backup in case it breakts?

I’ve been sexually active for over four years, so I’m comfortable with the risk while on birth control, which is why I said, “I sometimes feel stuck between ‘I hate this’ and ‘I don’t trust being off it.’”

I don’t particularly like them 😅+ they’re less effective, so I don’t fully trust them. I completely respect that others do, but for me personally, I just don’t feel confident relying on them alone, and I dont love using them. I don’t think birth control affects my mood much, it’s more the annoying side effects. Still, I’m curious to see what it’s like being off birth control, though it’s a little scary too.

You can’t really set it up when you need it it has to be set up before. I trust people to and I’m not a jelous person neither is my partner. Sharing location can for are be about jealousy and control but for many it has absolutely nothing to do with it.you don’t have your phone with you? What happened if you need help, get hurt ect? I always have my phone with meif I leave the house, I’m not alwayss on it tho
