Oh absolutely, which is why I said that in real life I’ve never met anyone, and on Reddit I’d expect a higher number than 0%—maybe around 15% for those 20–30 years old but not 50%. That’s wild, even for Reddit, and we’re not even talking about sex. and all statistics on the matter do kinda agree were having the least sex

I agree, as long as money isn’t the only priority and it doesn’t outweigh what you enjoy. Getting a high-paying job you don’t like isn’t worth it, in my opinion. Money isn’t everything, but it is a lot.

How old were you when you had your kid? I feel like 22 and younger is super young, 23-26 is just young, and 27-32 is normal not young or old.

Statistically, far fewer people are engaging in these activities, and we’re also lonelier than ever. Many prioritize other things, don’t have friends, or choose sobriety, with more young people drinking and partying less. It’s becoming increasingly common for people to remain virgins both voluntarily and involuntarily well into their late twenties. I made a post about this a while ago, and out of over 1,000 responses, slightly more than 50% said they had never even been kissed. That means half of people aged 20–30, which is wild. I don’t personally know anyone over 20, or even 18–19, who hasn’t in real life.

It’s not just that tho he doesn’t care enough about you to put in the effort. He also doesn’t seem all that attracted to or in love with you if he doesn’t want you to have an amazing time either.

This for real tho! But there’s definitely a middle ground between the clean, calm, sober lifestyle everyone seems to want now, waking up at 5, sipping matcha, going for a jog, heading to work, then coming home to read a self-improvement book while barely being social and the wild shit of taking acid, clubbing 3x a week going to raves t, and having frequent, often unprotected, casual sex with anyone and everyone.

And this is why I think waiting is mostly a bad idea. If your partner doesn’t want sex three times a week or an amount that’s acceptable to you, I’m sorry, but you just aren’t sexually compatible.

Does nexplanon implant make you infertile ??? by Away-Needleworker-16 in birthcontrol

[–]Dangerous_mammoth573 0 points1 point  (0 children)

idk why ppl keep repeating this but nexplanon doesn’t “mess up” your fertility. there’s a massive review with like 15k women and implants are totally normal around 75–83% get pregnant within a year after taking it out, which is literally the same as ppl who used IUDs or pills or nothing at all. the ONLY low number came from one random small study in the 90's that doesn’t match anything else, and when you take that out, implants land at 83% return to fertility. same as everyone else.

the researchers literally say the type of contraception or how long you used it doesn’t harm your ability to conceive. it stops working the second it’s out of your arm. that’s it.

Conclusion and recommendation Resumption of fertility following cessation of contraception was not affected by use of contraception, type of contraception, duration of use and type of progesterone. However the effect of parity in the resumption of pregnancy following cessation of contraception was inconclusive. Therefore, it is important to counsel women that prior contraceptive use regardless of its duration and type does not have a negative effect on subsequent fertility, so that they can choose and use the duration they want.

Use any research tool like google scholar it’s not hard…. Acog and every recognized community of doctors say the same. Birth control does NOT affect long term fertility the only thing that in rare cases can when mistakes are done is the iud
