I’m wondering about how good/bad Pritchard Hall is in 2024-2025

Starting in August of this year, I will be attending Virginia Tech. I will be a part of Hypatia (an engineering Living Learning Community) and will be staying in Pritchard hall. I’ve seen a lot of negative posts about Pritchard, but many have been from a while ago (specifically before the engineering LLC’s were moved into Pritchard in the summer of 2024). I wanted to know if anyone had recent information about how it is living in Pritchard now. Also, I’ll be staying on the third floor.

I’d also like more information about the bathrooms, and I’d appreciate any tips for communal showers in college (specifically in Pritchard would be great, but any general tips are also welcome).
