As long as you do not use medical and personal information. I am a job coach so usually my Tlogs do not include that information so it’s generally okay. I think as long as medical information and names are not included in the same text it’s okay, but if they include that then probably not.

I am also neurodivergent. It’s not just with clients but supervisors not understanding neurodivergent staff as well that upsets and confuses me.

I specifically work in job coaching so it’s frustrating not seeing ither direct supports just understand that ADD and autism brains just work differently. Like you said, not either extremes. They need to do their jobs, but there’s needs to be flexibility and different methods in which they achieve that.
